Health Tip for May 2018

Now that the warmer weather has finally arrived, do try to walk barefoot as much as possible.

When we can see our feet, it's easier to encourage the toes to spread out and this can ehop to prevent bunions from either forming or developing further.

You can use your fingers to help to spread the toes.

There are even more health advantages if you can walk outside on the grass, sand or in water. It literally helps us to reconnect to the Earth's energy and to feel more 'grounded'.  Try it and see for yourself!
