Three Steps to a Sleeping Better

1. Create a better space: Turn of all screens, large or small, at least an hour before bedtime,and  reduce any light in your bedroom or wear a mask.

2. Have a soak in the bath: Sprinkle a handful of Epsom salts in your evening bath. The magnesium content is known as nature's tranquilizer, calming the nervous system.  (Hot baths work by drawing the heat away from the core to the capilliaries)

3. Turn down the thermostat. In order to initiate sleep, your core temperature needs to reduce by 1 degree. You'll always be able to fall asleep in a room which is too cold, rather than too hot.
