P is for Posture

Prevent poor posture by taking the time to set yourself up correctly:

straight back, neck in line with spine, shoulders down, arems at side, noth feet on the ground.

Props can be used to help - cushions, wrist support, foot rest

Place Post It Notes everywhere to remind you of your posture!  

on your device, on your desk, on your mirror, on your TV
