How to Get More Active

  1. Integrate exercise into your daily routine - get off a stop earlier, avoid lifts and take the stairs, get out at lunch time and walk 15 minutes one way and 15 minutes back, walk at least one way to the shops.
  2. Walk as fast as you can.
  3. Find ways to make exercise enjoyable by bringing a friend, playing music, discovering a new location or class
  4. Identify a time of day/week which you could use for your exercise - crack of dawn jog, Saturday morning yoga, lunchtime swim, twice weekly blast on the housework etc.

So, no more excuses!
