The power of your people............

Posted on 29/03/2017

Good evening FW & MM,

Having just joined the group wanted to introduce myself. I am Lindsey Charlesworth of BC360° All round people management. I work with businesses to achieve their business objectives through a solid people strategy.

Aren't people fascinating? Do you know anyone that goes to work with a mindset of 'Gosh, I'm going to do a really bad job today!'

I have to say after too many years of being in the corporate world I have not yet met one. Where does it all go wrong then? I usually get called in when there is a problem with a member of staff but I can assure you it has usually gone wrong many steps before that in the process! It is a bit like a puzzle and my job is to put all the pieces together to find out the whole story. Good job I love people! Never a dull moment.

I'm based in Milton Keynes and have joined Rosa and Roy that run our local group. I look forward to travelling to some of the other groups late summer so already looking forward to meeting you all.

Here comes the spring so take a minute to admire the bright colours and congratulate yourselves on following your dream.

Looking forward to being part of something special.

Lindsey
